Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings and possess advanced manual therapy skills, including dry needling. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions to determine functional impairments, movement dysfunctions, and treatment goals. Implement advanced manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilization, and dry needling, to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance tissue healing. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, therapeutic exercise programs, and patient education to promote active participation in rehabilitation and empower patients to manage their conditions effectively. Monitor patients' progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement and achievement of therapy goals. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and support staff, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education courses. Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Physical Therapy license in Georgia. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings. Strong manual therapy skills, including proficiency in dry needling techniques. Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
