Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re seeking two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) who are passionate about helping young learners reach their full communicative potential. This full-time position is centrally located and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school community.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid SLP-CCC or SLPA license for practice in Indiana
• Prior experience providing speech services in a school setting
• Strong understanding of K-5 language, speech, and communication development
• Experience with Medicaid Billing is highly valued
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ready and available to interview now for the 26/27 school year

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students in grades K-5 within one building
• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records, including Medicaid Billing when applicable
• Deliver evidence-based practices tailored to the individual needs of each student
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school activities as required
