Role : Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay: $35 - $40 / hour, depending on experience

Location: San Jose, CA

Global Public Bay Area based tech manufacturing company seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to process approximately 600 invoices per month in a large team environment and assist with expense report processing.

This role requires full cycle AP experience and 3 way matching in a large public company environment. This contract role is expected to last a minimum of 6-8 weeks with the potential to extend longer. This is a fully onsite role working 5 days per week in the San Jose office.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience full cycle AP experience and 3-way matching in a large public company environment.
• Experience processing high-volume expense reports.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose 5 days per week.
• Large ERP systems experience is preferred (SAP, Oracle or similar).
