Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate high-speed liquid and grease filling lines, capping, labeling, and palletizing equipment.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections, perform net-weight checks, and collect samples to ensure products meet exact density, volume, and purity specifications.

• Batch Verification: Cross-reference work orders with raw materials, container labels, and fluid types to prevent cross-contamination.

• Routine Maintenance: Perform daily sanitation, flush equipment lines between product switches, and conduct basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), spill prevention protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

• Documentation: Accurate logging of production counts, downtime, lot numbers, and quality control metrics in the ERP system.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
