This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:00.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will assist the provider in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a combination radiology lab, primarily focusing on interventional radiology with some cardiology procedures. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and monitoring patient conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist the provider in interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
Scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures.
Perform EKG lead placement.
Monitor vital signs and patient comfort during procedures.
Prepare and maintain the sterile field for all procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on interventional radiology (90% of cases).
Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS.
Preferred certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS.
