Advanced Practice Registered Nurses
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, physician-led private practice in Fort Myers, Florida. Our group consists of 7 Medical Doctors and 6 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses , providing a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong professional support.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Stay current with medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure evidence-based care
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care or specialty area
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- EPIC EMR (Preferred)
