Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting executive leadership on strategic projects that impact finance, operations, and organizational development. This position offers a unique mentorship-focused environment, providing direct exposure to the CEO, COO, and other senior leaders. It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a strong foundation in accounting or finance who are eager to develop their skills and grow into future leadership roles within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with executive leadership to conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking across multiple business units.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making and operational strategy.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing quality improvement, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in project-based learning to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of healthcare business operations.
  • Contribute research, insights, and data to support key organizational initiatives as a thought partner to senior leadership.
  • Take part in a structured mentorship program with clear opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience; internships or academic exposure to financial analysis preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, professional maturity, and a strong desire to learn from senior executives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a curiosity about how high-performing teams drive impact.
