Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create & Maintain Eye Contact
• Create Emotional Connections with guests
• Work in both Front of House and Kitchen Roles to serve guests with excellence
• Prepare, Cook, Assemble, and Present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A Standards
• Input, Assemble, and Deliver orders quickly, accurately, and intentionally for guests
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Maintain personal knowledge of Chick-fil-A standards from training and stay up-to-date on in-house communications
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Be comfortable on their feet. Able to stand and move hastily for long periods of time.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be at least 15 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
