Join Our Team as a Service Writer / Parts Advisor!

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and providing top-notch customer service? Three Rivers Marine is seeking a dedicated Service Writer / Parts Advisor to join our team in San Angelo, TX. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assist customers with their service needs, and contribute to the success of our dealership. Knowledge of two stroke engines, four stroke engines, lower units, outdrives, fuel management, and dc electrical is desired. Must have a good driving record and able to back a trailer.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with service inquiries and provide recommendations
• Manage parts inventory and assist with ordering as needed
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate with technicians
• Process payments and invoices accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist the owner in all aspects of the business

Required Skills:

• Service Advising: Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
• Engine and Drive Maintenance: Knowledge of basic engine maintenance procedures
• Oil Changing: Experience with oil changing and fluid maintenance
• Automotive Repair: Hands-on experience with automotive repairs
• Fork Lift experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Electrical Systems Knowledge
• Hydraulics Experience
• General Repair Skills

Technical Skills:

• Quality Control Inspection
• Inspections
• Installation

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $26,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $34,000.00
