Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Job TitleProvides home-based services to infants and toddlers (birth to three) with developmental delays, focusing on gross motor skills, mobility, and functional independence.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include conducting developmental evaluations, developing and implementing individualized family service plans (IFSPs), providing therapy in the family's natural environments, educating and coaching families, and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and IFSP updates, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.QualificationsGraduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy. CPR certification within the first 3 months of hire.
