Role Description The Senior Sales Director role is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving strategic revenue growth across key markets and customer segments. This role includes leading sales planning and execution, overseeing sales operations, and managing a high-performing sales team focused on corporate clients and hotel partners. The Senior Sales Director will build and nurture long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to align go-to-market initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and monitoring sales forecasts, optimizing sales processes and tools, guiding account strategies, and representing meetago group in high-level customer and partner meetings. The role also includes analyzing market trends, providing feedback on product and service enhancements, and ensuring sales activities support overall company objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Development to acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and meet revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Operations to design, manage, and optimize sales processes, pipelines, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain high client satisfaction, handle complex inquiries, and support long-term partnerships.
- Proven Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Extensive experience in B2B SaaS, digital platforms, or MICE/meetings industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of building executive-level relationships and closing large, complex deals across international markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
