Overview Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health care setting is responsible for providing direct, one‑on‑one care to patients in their homes. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, managing medications, and offering essential support to patients with various medical needs. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, is required to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care that improves patient well‑being.
