Family Medicine Physician

Opportunity Details:

Emplify Health by Bellin is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Manitowoc Clinic. This position provides an opportunity to practice medicine in a great community on the shores of Lake Michigan while being part of a large health care system. With onsite lab, x-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health and many other specialties, this clinic allows patients to receive their care in one location.

Emplify Health by Bellin provides a strong work life balance through a team-based care model and 4-day work weeks. Team-Based Care gives the physician a better work-life balance and increases their overall satisfaction.

Shift Hours:

• Full-Time 1.0 FTE - 40 hrs./wk. with a minimum of 32 hrs. available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days/wk.

Practice Details:

• 18-22 patients per day
• Epic access - remote access from home
• 2-year compensation guarantee, plus:
• Production, Quality, and Value-Based bonuses available
• CTO: 200 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires
• CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
• Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance
• Participate in a large call group
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends
• Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Board certified in appropriate specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a current, unrestricted license to practice
• Board eligible and graduate from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program within the last five (5) years
• Pass all eligibility requirements of Bellin Medical Staff
