We are seeking skilled and dedicated Surgical Scrub Technicians Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about patient safety teamwork and surgical excellence.

What Youll Do
As a member of our Surgical Services team you will help ensure safe efficient and successful surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and supporting the surgical team throughout each case.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and organize operating rooms ensuring instruments equipment and supplies are available and sterile
Scrub in and assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments sutures sponges and other supplies
Maintain sterile technique and uphold infection prevention standards throughout surgical procedures
Perform sponge needle and instrument counts before and after procedures
Handle and label surgical specimens accurately
Assist with patient positioning and surgical site preparation
Monitor and communicate patient status changes to the RN and surgical team as appropriate
Clean restock and prepare operating rooms for subsequent procedures
Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia providers nurses and perioperative staff to ensure seamless patient care
Document intraoperative care and activities as required for LPN and RN roles

Qualifications
Surgical Scrub Technician
Required
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
Preferred
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Previous Operating Room experience
Scrub LPN
Required
Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
Minimum one year of surgical experience
Scrub RN
Required
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
Minimum one year of Operating Room experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
Compensation
Registered Nurse (RN)
$31.25 - $46.88/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
$23.00 - $34.50/hour

$25.25 - $39.38/hour
