Job Overview

Ripple Labs Inc. seeks a skilled Corporate Counsel to manage vendor contracts and support product lines including payments, custody, and stablecoin. Report directly to Ripple’s Deputy General Counsel.

What You’ll Do

• Manage vendor agreements, streamline processes.
• Assist sales and business development with commercial transactions, draft and negotiate term sheets and definitive documents, manage deal process.
• Manage and budget for external advisors on projects.
• Handle other commercial or corporate matters as needed.

Salary (NY): Annual Base Salary Range: $228,000 USD – $285,000 USD
