Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business with apparel brands, retailers, and importers across North America. Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Drive revenue growth by promoting sourcing, product development, and supply chain solutions from Asia. Lead customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization. Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, product development, and production teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports for senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 15+ years of sales/business development experience within the apparel sourcing, manufacturing, buying office, or supply chain industry. Strong network with apparel brands, retailers, wholesalers, and importers in the USA. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Solid understanding of global apparel sourcing, product development, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
