Warehouse Material Handler Colorado Springs, CO Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Join a Team That Keeps Operations Moving What You’ll Do Unloading approximately 20 small box trucks per day containing bagged laundry and other materials Moving, sorting, and staging incoming materials in designated warehouse locations Preparing materials for transport to processing facilities Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe work area Working closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily activities Supporting warehouse operations through accurate material handling and staging What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications At least 6 months of warehouse, material handling, unloading, or general labor experience Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds during an 8 hour shift Experience loading, unloading, and moving materials in a warehouse or industrial setting Strong reliability, work ethic, and attendance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or distribution experience Experience staging and organizing incoming and outgoing materials Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision Clean motor vehicle record preferred for future permanent employment opportunities Interest in growing with a company through a contract-to-hire pathway Why Join Us? The role involves unloading trucks, moving materials, and working on your feet throughout the shift. Team members can expect a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, carrying, and warehouse movement. Steel-toe footwear is required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
