We not only develop solutions for customers but also Create Connections for Life.Role OverviewAs an Engineer, Manufacturing Process (WSS), you will support PM/PJM in product transfer, oversee product stages from materials to shipment, provide technical support, ensure product quality and delivery, and lead sustainable improvement initiatives.What You Will DoParticipate in overseas training and implement product & process transfers locally.Review and validate relevant WOI and WR documents in the CM factory.Collaborate with technical supervisor to resolve production issues and control scrap and rework rates.Analyzing key technical indicators (yield, scrap, etc.), lead targeted continuous improvement plans.Assist in resolving batch-level, major, and critical technical issues while improving processes.Support FA team in RMA product analysis.Provide technical support to Sourcing, PMC, S&M, QA, and PLM.Deliver product technical training to enhance employee knowledge and quality awareness.Perform other duties assigned by management.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/optical/electrical Engineering.Experience:At least 1 year of relevant experience in engineering or process positions.Preferred: Experience in optical or electronics communication industries.Required skillsGood Chinese communication skill, basic English or vice versa.Familiar with basic office software, PPT, Word/Excel.Good communication and logical thinking Familiarity with manufacturing processWillingness for overseas business Preferred skillsKnowledge of optical/electrical engineeringð Why Join Us?Modern American-standard work environmentPBM culture that fosters collaboration and personal growthFull salary during probation24/7 occupational safety insurance from day onePremium health insurance after just 2 monthsMost Saturdays offAccommodationGlobal career development via KOCH’s Talent Exchange ProgramAnnual Summer TripGood-quality meals dailyTotal compensation is offered based on total contribution (including base salary, allowances, overtime, 13th-month salary, performance bonus, and spot bonus, service award).At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
