Supply Chain ManagerOur client is seeking a highly proficient and collaborative Manager Supply Chain to optimize our supply chain and logistics strategy. This role will be based at our Central Coast location in Santa Maria, CA.Job Summary: The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of supply chain optimization initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity across procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain a full supply chain strategyManage supplier performance, including time to deliver and costWork with stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficienciesAnalyze data and identify cost savingsManage inventory levels to ensure we meet customer demand while minimizing costsOversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distributionDevelop supplier relationships and negotiate contractsPrepare cost reconciliation reports tracking factors like labor and supply costsImplement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management (Master's preferred)8+ years of direct experience (3+ years each in procurement and material planning)Experience with AS9100, AS9102, and Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft contract requirementsStrong proficiency in MRP systems, MS Office, ERP systems, math, and statisticsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven leadership and team management abilitiesFamiliarity with PowerBI, Access, and SQL is advantageousBenefits:Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, along with benefits like bonus potential, 401(K) matching, paid time off, health care plans, and opportunities for growth within the organization.
