2nd Shift Picker

Picker 2nd Shift A Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, collecting, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse or distribution environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety and quality standards. Location : Kenosha, WI Schedule : Sunday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pay Rate : $17/hour Duties:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before shipment
• Prepare orders for shipping and staging
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with loading, unloading, and stocking inventory as needed
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Additional Expectations:

• Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
• May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling
• Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout shift
