Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Day/Evening Shift | 40 Hours/Week | Flexible 8, 10, or 12-Hour Shifts (5:30 AM – 10:30 PM) | Rotating Saturdays | Float Required

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced LVN / LPN – Dialysis to provide high-quality care for chronic outpatient and acute dialysis patients while supporting safe and effective dialysis treatments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to chronic outpatient and acute dialysis patients.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments while responding to dialysis-related complications.

• Operate dialysis equipment, perform access cannulation, and maintain infection control standards.

• Administer medications, blood products, and monitor patient responses throughout treatment.

• Float to other dialysis locations as needed and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.

Required Qualifications

• Current LVN/LPN license.

• Current BLS certification.

• Minimum one year of dialysis experience.

• Chronic outpatient and acute dialysis experience required.

• Experience with AV fistula and AV graft cannulation, tunneled and non-tunneled catheters, and Fresenius dialysis equipment.

• Knowledge of dialysis machine operation, alarm management, blood glucose monitoring, infection control, and emergency response for dialysis-related complications.

• Float to other dialysis locations as required.
