Shifts Available:

All days of the week. Shifts may include day, afternoon, night, or overnight, ranging from 4 up to 12 hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including: dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, medication reminders. May also assist with light housekeeping, food preparation, and transportation to errands and appointments.
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client’s medical and emotional condition.
• Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License and have use of your own car
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience
