You’ll primarily support elementary-age learners, with the opportunity to work with a few middle school students as well.

You’ll provide impactful OT services across two school sites, managing a caseload of approximately 40 students. Your skills will help foster students’ independence and participation in school routines, collaborating closely with educators and other support staff to facilitate student growth and success.

What we’re seeking:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in school settings is preferred, though other experience will be considered
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and working within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse learning needs
• Compassionate, student-centered approach

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions aligned with student IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
• Travel between two nearby school sites as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights for student programming
• Support inclusive learning environments and facilitate classroom adaptations
