Custodial Staff - Part Time

Custodial Staff Part-time, Hourly POSITION SUMMARY: General cleaning and upkeep of common spaces, restrooms, service support areas, offices, banquet halls, theaters, meeting rooms, and other areas within the facility. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, elevators, stairs, glass railings, windows, and other general cleaning tasks as needed General cleaning of employee areas and service support areas Vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in all areas Floor maintenance including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing and other floor tasks as needed Completing custodial checklists as necessary Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and machines Working with and directing work efforts of part time/temporary personnel Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and REQUIREMENTS: Due to the varied nature of events, availability on nights, weekends and holidays may be required Must be able to work independently as well as direct work efforts of others Ability to read and follow directions is a must Ability to bend, twist and lift 25 lbs regularly is required Must be able to follow proper work procedures and safety requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
