Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr What You’ll Be Doing 70% Business Development: You'll focus on identifying new clients and opportunities, working to expand your network and client base in the AI and Data Analytics sectors. This is your chance to play a key role in a rapidly growing industry. 30% Candidate Sourcing & Management: You'll use your expertise to find the right candidates for these innovative companies, guiding them through the recruitment process. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring your placements support their growth and success. Identify new business opportunities and help clients solve their talent challenges, all while staying ahead of industry trends. Negotiate deals and work to achieve both personal and team targets. Provide market insights and tailored recruitment strategies to clients and candidates, ensuring the best fit for their needs. Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights.
