We are hiring a Warehouse Associate in Concord, NC. This position is physically demanding with consistent heavy lifting in a non‑climate‑controlled environment. Requirements & Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience. Must be able to lift 50‑75lb repeatedly and move constantly. Must pass all DOT requirements, including a physical, background screening, and an MVR that meets Amarr driver standards. Must read and speak English per DOT guidelines. Demonstrated history of steady employment. Responsibilities Unload and inspect incoming product (50‑75lb) mostly by hand. Pull, stage, and load product for customers while providing excellent service. Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed. Assist with inventory and damage control. Job Details Full‑time Monday‑Friday 7:00a.m.–3:30p.m. with occasional overtime. Pay rate: $23‑25 per hour, based on skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Additional compensation may include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
