What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Parts and Service teams. Serve as a liaison between Maintenance and Operations departments across all markets to facilitate effective communication. Ensure timely and accurate processing of repair orders and related documentation. Facilitate day-to-day operational communications between field operations and maintenance functions. Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures. Promote and exemplify company values through adherence to policies and professional conduct. Assist in reporting and data management to support decision-making and operational improvements. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in an automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment service environment preferred. Strong understanding of labor hours and associated costs to support accurate tracking, reporting, and budget alignment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams); advanced Excel skills preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team-oriented environment. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times (e.g., files, office supplies). Ability to move around the office to file documents, retrieve supplies, or assist with clerical tasks. Occasional bending, reaching, and standing as needed.
