Production Associate 1st Shift

Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Job Description

We are hiring 1st Shift Production Associates to join a busy printing and packaging operation. This is a hands-on position where you will assist with loading machines, organizing materials, packaging finished products, and supporting machine operators throughout the production process.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain manufacturing experience and potentially grow into a long-term, full-time position .

Responsibilities

• Load printing and packaging machines with paper, envelopes, labels, and inserts.

• Assist machine operators with production needs.

• Pull and stage orders based on production schedules.

• Stack, sort, and organize finished products.

• Package and prepare products for shipment.

• Palletize completed products.

• Move materials and supplies throughout the production area.

• Count, label, and organize inventory.

• Perform basic quality checks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety and production procedures.

• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production experience is preferred but not required .

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable working around production machinery.

• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Environment

This position is in a printing and packaging manufacturing facility . Employees work with paper products, envelopes, labels, inserts, and other printed materials while supporting production and packaging operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
