The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement, ensuring excellent client service and efficient case progression. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Gather, review, and organize medical records, police reports, insurance documents, and other case-related materials. Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, treatments, and any necessary client follow-ups. Work closely with attorneys to prepare demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance companies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records in case management software. Assist attorneys with drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents as needed. Ensure all case activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications: Experience in personal injury case management or a similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and claims processes. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Bilingual skills (preferred but not required) Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Paralegal certification (preferred but not required).
