Role Description The Mobility Stretch Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH, responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to clients in a professional and welcoming studio environment. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client mobility needs, explaining stretching techniques, guiding clients through customized stretch programs, and tracking their progress over time. The specialist educates clients on proper stretching form, safety, and benefits, while maintaining clean, organized equipment and studio spaces. The role involves building strong client relationships, supporting membership and session renewals, and collaborating with team members to provide a consistent, high-quality experience. Mobility Stretch Specialists are expected to participate in ongoing training, follow StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ protocols, and uphold all health, safety, and operational standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to assess client mobility needs, track progress, and adjust stretching plans appropriately. Candidates should possess Global Mobility and Corporate Relocation awareness if working with clients who travel frequently or relocate for work, supporting continuity of care and scheduling. Background or certification in fields such asexercise science, kinesiology, physical therapy assisting, personal training, yoga, Pilates, or related bodywork disciplines is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in a physically active role, including demonstrating stretches, safely assisting clients, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to studio safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct standards. Willingness to complete StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ training program and participate in ongoing professional development.
