Job Description Job Description Employment Solutions is currently seeking a dependable Office clerk to assist a busy insurance company located in Springfield, Ohio area. Ideal candidate will be organized, and team oriented. Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $19.00 per hour Job Title: Office Clerical Responsibilities: Follow standard procedural guidelines to complete assigned tasks Log and process checks accurately and efficiently Place outbound calls to insurance carriers and receive inbound calls Work daily operational reports Communicate with clients and internal teams as needed Research items received through reports, tasks, correspondence, and checks Provide assistance and backup support to meet client requirements and SLAs Complete additional duties and special projects based on business needs Education: High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured procedures Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn proprietary systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Why Work with Employment Solutions: We work with a variety of clients and consider you for all roles that may match your background and requirements No fee to you!
