Senior Litigation Associate

Vernis & Bowling's North Palm Beach, Florida office is growing and seeking a driven Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience . This position supports our General Liability department. We represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial. All applicants must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. What You’ll Do: Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution. Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience. Take and defend depositions. Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
