We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting Home Health opportunity. This assignment offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour day shifts , providing an excellent work-life balance while serving patients in the comfort of their homes.

This position is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates , making it a great opportunity for those looking to begin or continue a rewarding career in home health.

The therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services to patients throughout the following coverage areas:

• Mansfield
• Midlothian
• Waxahachie
• Arlington
• Northeastern Fort Worth

The expected productivity is 35–40 patient visits per week . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently, and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting care accurately, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
