Why Drive for NFI?
At NFI, people come first. For over 90 years, this family-owned and operated company has built its reputation by valuing every person behind the operation. Professional drivers are the heart of the business, so you're known by name, recognized for your hard work, and supported every step of the way.
If you're looking for steady regional flatbed work with a company that's in the people business, not just the freight business, NFI gives you the tools, support, and respect to grow your career.

- Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus,* giving you extra cash as you transition into the role.
- Strap it and go. Haul dedicated building materials freight across the Midwest with strapping securement only. No tarping required.
- Late-model equipment you can count on. Drive a late-model fleet with advanced technology and safety features, backed by NFI's own maintenance shops.
Benefits & Perks
- Coverage from day one. Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits begin on your first day.
