Tech Pack Designer

About the Opportunity: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical/Creative Designer with strong experience in Adobe Illustrator to join the team. Position Overview

In this technical and creative seat, your primary operational focus involves taking clothing and apparel products from abstract initial concept down to production-ready design assets. Moving far beyond basic sketching, you will create technical sketches, modify complex clothing designs, change colorways, and adapt patterns based on brand requirements. This role demands an organized visual thinker who can handle asset libraries autonomously, understand design trends, and assist with detailed apparel tech packs and product specifications for manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Vector Technical Illustration: Utilize advanced design tools to render precise, technical sketches and initial clothing layouts inside Adobe Illustrator.
• Apparel Concept Engineering: Develop, refine, and modify innovative garment concepts that map directly to brand requirements and design trends.
• Dynamic Asset Revision: Systematically alter design patterns, change colors, and swap design sub-components based on creative direction.
• Mockup & Presentation Production: Formulate polished design mockups and structured presentation files to align visual expectations across the product development team.
• Tech Pack Specification Support: Assist with the production squad by organizing apparel tech packs, garment construction elements, and product specification data fields.
• File Inventory Governance: Autonomously organize, catalog, and maintain structured design source files, ensuring transparent revision tracking for production loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history executing vector illustrations and creative specifications, with explicit hands-on mastery of Adobe Illustrator .
• Demonstrated experience operating within the **fashion, apparel design, or clothing manufacturing sectors**.
• Proven capability to draft detailed sketches, technical drawings, and proportion-accurate clothing layouts.
• Advanced understanding of modern style trajectories, color theory applications, and global design trends.
• Outstanding project tracking, self-organization habits, and meticulous attention to layout detail.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework tailored exclusively for qualified designers permanently residing inside the Philippines (including Metro Manila, Central Visayas, Davao Region, Western Visayas, and Central Luzon nodes).
• Shift Requirements: Absolute personal availability to work a fixed full-time schedule tracking strictly during US Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) .
