Pediatric Physical Therapist $25,000 Bonus

Job Description This pediatric physical therapist is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. The therapist consults, educates, and trains patients and their caregivers within the pediatric population. Sign‑on Bonus Up to $25,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions. Responsibilities Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition. Develops treatment plans describing strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcome. Creates exercise regimens at clinic and at home to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. Uses various modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Provides information regarding selection and use of adaptive equipment and support programs. Helps to restore physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent disability. Determines patient ability to be independent and reintegrate into workplace or community after injury or illness. Promotes the mission, vision, and values of SCL Health and abides by service behavior standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Schedule and Location The position is available as full‑time, part‑time, or PRN (as needed) with flexible shifts. Clinical location: Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Regular attendance on site during scheduled business hours is required. Qualifications (Minimum) Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. One (1) year of related experience, preferably in a clinic setting. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Key Competencies Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. Team player capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to carry, climb, crawl, hear/listen, lift, manipulate, pull/push, see, speak, squat/kneel, stand, and walk as required by the job.
