Position Overview Provide social-emotional support and evidence-based interventions that promote student well-being and academic success. Manage a mild-to-moderate special education caseload while supporting behavioral and therapeutic goals. Partner with students and families to support attendance improvement and re‑engagement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a trauma‑informed and supportive school environment. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement Experience supporting high‑risk youth, student re‑engagement, or trauma‑informed practices (Preferred) Strong flexibility, communication, and relationship‑building skills in high‑needs school settings Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
