Box Office Representative, Cleburne Railroaders

Job Summary The Box Office Staff is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting guests with ticket sales, processing cash and credit transactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an efficient ticketing experience for all events. This role serves as the critical point of contact for fans, providing a positive first impression and contributing significantly to an outstanding game day experience. Responsibilities Sell tickets for games and events, both in-person and over the phone. Process payments through credit card or digital transactions. Answer customer inquiries about ticket availability, seating options, and event details. Provide assistance with ticket exchanges or upgrades, when applicable. Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming box office environment. Assist with will‑call ticket distribution. Support game day operations and event preparation as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (including games and events). Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is preferred. Basic math and computer skills.
