Design & Testing Methodologies Apply design and testing methodologies by service design and human-centered design methodologies to shape new programs, partnerships, and business models around real user and stakeholder needs. Design and run proof-of-concepts and structured experiments with partners and cross-functional teams to generate the evidence and learnings needed to evaluate new initiatives. Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk/benefit assessments to guide decision-making. Shape and adapt the innovation process as the function matures, refining tools, stage criteria, and workflows to fit Hope Network's structure and ways of working. Execution Facilitate brainstorming workshops, design sprints, and problem-solving sessions to foster creativity and collective ownership. Translate ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring initiatives move from concept to pilot to implementation. Track progress against key milestones, monitor outcomes, and recommend course corrections when needed. Work Schedule Onsite Preferred: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Optional: Hybrid flexibility Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Innovation, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field, required. 1 year experience in consulting, healthcare, non-profit, innovation, or strategy-related roles required. Preferred Experience Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional initiatives or project teams. Experience with innovation and change management methodologies (Human-Centered Design). Knowledge of healthcare systems, behavioral health, or human services, along with market research, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Strong analytical, critical, and systems thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions. Knowledge of project management and mapping toolsets (Smartsheet, Asana, other) Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences and lead workshops or briefings. Highly organized project manager who can balance multiple priorities while thinking creatively and strategically from vision to execution. Collaborative and adaptable leader, able to build strong relationships, work independently in ambiguous environments, and drive innovation from concept to implementation.
