Crew Member (Age 16+) Crew members deliver a high‑quality experience by prepping, baking, and serving our signature products. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to keep operations running smoothly. Prep, bake, and serve pretzels and other menu items. Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner. Maintain clean and organized workstations. Shift Leader (Age 18+) The Shift Leader directs store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling. Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Prep, bake, and serve products while delivering excellent customer service.
