Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Day Shift. Start times vary between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, depending on departmental needs. A mid-shift option is also available, with start times between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is located at East Madison Hospital.

We are seeking a Baker to:

• Follow recipes and quality standards to prepare, bake and package a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Safely and efficiently operate commercial baking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safe food handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Culinary training Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year food production and/or bakery experience or equivalent culinary training and experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

• ServSafe Certification Preferred
