**Summary:**

As a Java Developer Associate, you'll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain Java applications and services
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
* Debug and resolve technical issues
* Participate in code reviews and testing
* Collaborate with teams across development, QA, and DevOps
* Support deployment and production monitoring

**Required Skills:**

* Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
* Knowledge of frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
* Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
* Understanding of RESTful APIs
* Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
* 0–2 years of experience in Java development
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
