Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize legal documents, filings, and correspondence. Assist with case preparation and client communication. Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings. Maintain case files and ensure confidentiality. Conduct research and compile relevant legal information as needed. Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role within a law firm. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with legal software and MS Office Suite. Ability to handle high-volume work with professionalism and accuracy.
