Sr. Data Integration Engineer

Sr. Data Integration Engineer Location: NYC, New York (Fully Onsite) Duration: 30 Months Description: Seeking an experienced technical resource that would work with the data governance platform / catalog solution and other DFS applications and systems that house data, in close collaboration with the DFS IT organization. Duties: Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data platform/data catalog and related (i.e., data integration) solutions. Drive the design and development of connectors into a data catalog platform and related technologies. Debug and resolve software defects, including those that improve the performance and reliability of application connectors. Provide technical support and guidance to internal data stakeholders, liaise with vendors/solution providers as necessary. Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end Write documentation to encourage adoption of above tools/technologies and support users in their use; support data stakeholders as needed. Develop a system of complex ETL operations using SQL Server, Python and/or similar technologies. Mandatory Requirements: Experience (12+ Years) Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.
