You treat one patient at a time in their home, control your day, and get paid for production. Interim HealthCare of West Michigan is locally led and employee-owned.\n\nPay and schedule for Physical Therapists:\n\n Salary range $80,000–$120,000, plus weekly bonuses you control with your caseload\n Mileage reimbursement\n Weekly pay\n Paid vacation\n Monday–Friday home visits (tell us if you want PRN instead)\n Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): the company contributes shares for you at no cost. Eligible after 1 year and 1,000 hours.\n\nThe work you'll do as a Physical Therapist:\n\n Typical caseload is one-to-one home visits across Kalamazoo and nearby communities (Portage, Oshtemo, Comstock, and surrounding towns)\n Evaluate, treat, and progress patients after joint replacement, illness, fall, stroke, or deconditioning\n Build the plan of care with nursing, OT, and SLP\n Educate the patient and family so the plan actually gets done between visits\n Document in the EMR the same day\n\nYou are not double-booked. You are not stuck in a gym bay.
