About Us: H&H Color Lab is leading in the professional imaging market by providing software and technology solutions and manufacturing capabilities to professional photographers and imaging companies around the world. Pay: $88,000 - $92,000 Annual Salary Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (The occasional after-hours maintenance work may be required) Location: This position works in-office at our Raytown, Missouri location. The Systems Administrator leads a small team and oversees the Company's core systems infrastructure. This role is responsible for infrastructure strategy, technology and tool selection, and the development of efficient workflows that support business operations. This position reports to the IT Manager. What You’ll Do: Systems Management : Oversee the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and security of all server and desktop environments. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Act as the senior lead for a 3-person team. Direct, prioritize, and assign tasks to two help-desk technicians to ensure efficient operations. Escalation Support : Handle advanced technical troubleshooting that falls outside the scope of help-desk and hardware support. Project Oversight : Collaborate with the team on broader infrastructure projects, including network wiring, hardware upgrades, and lifecycle management. Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, IT policies, and standard operating procedures. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in IT Systems Administration. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff, delegate tasks, and manage shifting priorities under minimal supervision. Strong proficiency in server operating systems (primarily Windows Server) and desktop management tools. Solid understanding of core networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting (to effectively guide the team's hardware and wiring tasks). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear priorities for the team. Good interpersonal skills, works well independently and in a team environment Strong professional work ethic Comfort in a Lean / Agile work environment Preferred Qualifications: Worked in a manufacturing company environment Cloud application experience Why choose us?
