We empower child care providers with the tools and support they need to succeed while helping parents find the best learning environments for their children.Wonderschool is harnessing the power of technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers operating out of their homes as well as in the government and non-profit sectors. Our products enable child care providers to create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions through the creation of an accessible marketplace.Wonderschool is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Product Manager to play a key role in driving the growth of our marketplace business and help providers make more money. This role will be heavily focused on optimizing and scaling our business using a combination of AI and other data tools. The ideal candidate will have an operator mindset along with strong execution chops.ResponsibilitiesIncrease marketplace matching efficiency efforts through improving conversion and engagement metrics; proactively make data-driven recommendations and execute said solutionsLead engineers, designers, and operations teammates in matching parents to child care providers using the product.Drive acquisition, adoption and retention of child care providers, parents, and teachers on the platform.Drive engagement and revenue growth.Build & Ship Fast, Leveraging AI & No-Code: Moving quickly to ship high-impact experiments and derive insights from implementations quicklyDrive insights from cohort analyses, growth loops, retention data to eliminate gaps in our product offeringsDefine OKRs and track progress against them, communicate plans and updates to cross-functional partners and leadership, and drive the execution of your roadmap to hit your team's goalsOwn your team's success metrics, including impact to our business and customersThink and design at a systems level, crafting and influencing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projectsSynthesize feedback and translate it into product features quicklyRequired QualificationsDemonstrated success in growing and scaling marketplace and / or consumer growth companiesHeavy focus on iterating and shipping solutions quickly; responsive to customer insights and feedback and able to turn them into actionable solutionsKnowledge of how to leverage tools like SQL and automation tools to move fast. Minimal engineering skills required, but strong understanding of how to prototype and build within constraints.Excellent judgment and product sense - knowing where to prioritize time to optimize to move the business forwardCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: Competitive market rateEquity: Significant, meaningful ownershipFull health coverageWellness stipend (gym and office)Travel stipend for certain circumstancesLocationIn-person, 5-6 days a week in our office in Rincon Hill, San Francisco.How You'll WorkYou are expected to use agentic tools like Claude Code, Hermes, and OpenClaw to build loops that automate the product management cycle - gathering feedback, developing prototypes, running tests, and shipping to production - both on your own and with your team.You go where customers are to learn. That means showing up at events on nights and weekends when needed - farmers markets, parent events, and community gatherings - and doing the work to understand customers firsthand.
