Experienced Orthodontic Assistant

Are you an experienced Orthodontic Assistant who loves creating confident smiles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping others succeed?

Smile Time Orthodontics  at Children's Dental Center is growing and we are looking for someone who is more than just an amazing clinical assistant—we're searching for a positive leader who leads by example, embraces new challenges, and is excited to grow alongside an incredible team.

What You'll Be Doing

???? Assisting with orthodontic procedures and delivering exceptional patient care

???? Building genuine relationships with patients and making every visit a positive experience

???? Helping mentor and support teammates through encouragement and leadership

???? Cross-training in additional areas of the practice to expand your skills and support the team wherever needed

✨ Maintaining excellent clinical standards while helping create an efficient, fun work environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous orthodontic assisting experience
• Demonstrates natural leadership and a team-first attitude
• Is positive, energetic, and thrives in a busy practice
• Communicates professionally with patients, parents, and teammates
• Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative
• Enjoys learning new skills and is excited to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the practice
• Loves helping create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
• Indiana Radiology License (Required)
