The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the firm and healthcare providers, fostering strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events. Engage with existing, potential, and new clients to promote staffing solutions and services. Participate in the bid and proposal process for new business opportunities. Attend pre-bid conferences and ensure accurate understanding of bid requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery. Contribute to strategic marketing efforts that enhance brand visibility and client satisfaction. Travel regularly to client sites and events as required. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Experience in healthcare staffing, marketing, or business development preferred. Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
