Customer Service Representative Location: Newnan, GA30265
Contract Length: 15 Weeks, contract to hire
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.44/hour Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep/Operations Supervisor to lead a customer service team and ensure customers receive excellent service. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, solve customer issues, and help the team meet performance goals. What You'll Do

- Supervise the daily activities of a customer service team
- Coach and support team members
- Track daily and weekly performance
- Review and analyze team results
- Troubleshoot operational issues
- Complete required reports
- Handle escalated customer concerns
- Help resolve complex customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Experience handling complex customer issues
- 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Call center experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience leading a high-performing team
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver effective solutions
